Make-to-order production

The shop floor knows
about the deal immediately.

Stone workshops, furniture, metal structures, made-to-measure products. The order reaches production straight from the deal — no retyping, no phone calls, no “nobody told me”.

Sound familiar

Exactly where the chain breaks.

A craftsman polishing a granite slab in the workshop
The shop floor works from the same card as sales: dimensions, design and deadline are in the job, not in a retelling.

Agreed verbally

The manager agreed the size and the deadline in a chat. The shop floor finds out when the client calls to ask whether it is ready.

The order exists twice

Once in the CRM and once in the foreman’s notebook. Two versions of the truth, and neither matches the invoice.

The deadline lives in someone’s memory

You notice the delay when the client is already calling. Until then nobody knows about it.

Cost price comes later

How much an order earned is worked out at the end of the month. Sometimes it turns out it earned nothing.

The path of an order

One record passes through every department.

01 Deal

Measurement, calculation, quotation, contract, deposit. Every stage with a date and an owner.

02 Job for the shop floor

Created from the deal in one action. Client, product, amount and deadline carry over by themselves — nothing is typed in by hand.

03 Shop floor

Design, approval, purchasing, cutting, polishing, engraving, assembly, quality control, ready to ship.

04 Hand-over and money

Hand-off to installation or delivery, confirmation of the work, payment. The profit on the order is calculated automatically.

Stage names are configurable: a furniture shop names them differently from a stone workshop.

Who sees what

One card — three workplaces.

There is one record but everyone gets their own screen: the owner sees the totals, the manager sees their deals, the craftsman sees what to do today.

Owner

  • Overdue work and shop workload on the first screen
  • Profit per order, not per month
  • Which managers are hitting their targets

Manager

  • Their own deals, each with a date for the next step
  • The shop-floor status without calling the foreman
  • Client history and payments in the card

Craftsman

  • The stage board of their own shop
  • Dimensions, design and deadline in the job
  • Marking a stage done in one action

The shop board

You can see where every order stands and how many days the deadline has been burning.

The same data is shown four ways: stage board, list, calendar and shop workload. Overdue items are marked out separately — you don’t have to hunt for them.

  • Percent complete on the order card
  • Filters by stage, status, priority and owner
  • A dedicated “overdue only” button
  • CSV export for any view

The order card

Everything about the order on one screen.

Client, phone, source, manager, product, amount, stage, history of earlier orders, correspondence and payment. The installation and the next contact are scheduled from here too.

  • A mandatory date for the next step — the field cannot be left empty
  • A progress bar: you can see which of the eleven steps the order is on
  • Payment: invoiced, paid, outstanding
  • A “work completed” button notifies the client in Telegram

Materials

Material is reserved against an order, not left “somewhere in the warehouse”.

When the shop takes a slab for a specific order, it shows up both in the warehouse and in the cost. The free stock other managers see drops at that same moment.

Consumption rates

How much material goes into an item is set once in the reference book and counted automatically from then on.

Reservation against a deal

Reserved stock is no longer shown to other managers as free. Promising what you do not have stops being possible.

Suppliers

Incoming deliveries and minimum stock levels live in the same section, not in email threads.

Invoices and waybills

The data for invoices and waybills is in the system. We build the printable forms to your templates during the rollout.

Exchange with 1C

A separate stage of the rollout. If your accounting runs in 1C, we agree the exchange in the first conversation and build it into the timeline.

Nesting and cutting plans

Not available. Consumption rates are there; automatic slab nesting is not. Tell us if that is critical for you.

Shop floor

The craftsman opens the job instead of waiting for a phone call.

Dimensions, design and deadline are in the card the shop floor sees. Polishing, cutting and engraving are marked off in the same place, and sales can see it without asking.

We will show it on one of your own orders.

We take one typical order of yours and walk it through the system from enquiry to payment.
