Trade and warehousing

Promise only
what you really have.

Stock, reservations against a deal and free quantity are three different numbers. The manager sees all three before quoting the client a date.

Sound familiar

Two mistakes that cost money.

A storekeeper checking rack stock against a tablet
Stock, reservations and free quantity — three numbers every manager sees before promising anything.

Sold what isn’t there

The spreadsheet says the item is in stock; physically it has already gone to another order. The client is quoted a date that will never happen.

Bought what is already on the shelf

Nobody could see the stock, so more was ordered. The money is sitting on a shelf instead of working.

The path of a sale

From the enquiry to the shipment.

01 Enquiry

An enquiry from the site, Telegram or a call. The manager immediately sees what is free for that item.

02 Reservation

The item is reserved against the deal. For every other manager the free stock drops at once.

03 Payment and picking

The deposit is recorded in the deal; the release from the warehouse is a separate movement with a document.

04 Delivery

Carrier, waybill number, person responsible and date. The status is visible to sales and to the director alike.

Who sees what

One card — three workplaces.

There is one record but everyone gets their own screen: the owner sees the totals, the manager sees their deals, the storekeeper sees what to do today.

Owner

  • Profit per sale, not “in total for the month”
  • What is sitting there unmoved
  • Reasons for lost deals: where sales are leaking

Manager

  • Free stock before quoting a date
  • A reservation against their own deal
  • Who to approach again

Storekeeper

  • One movement ledger: goods in, issues, returns
  • Minimum stock levels and what to reorder
  • Waybill and carrier on release

Warehouse

One movement ledger instead of four spreadsheets.

Goods in, issues to production, returns and write-offs are records of one kind with a date, a quantity and a reason. Suppliers and incoming deliveries sit right there, not in an inbox.

  • Items, dimensions, consumption rates
  • A reservation is tied to a specific deal
  • Minimum stock levels and what needs reordering
  • Export and import of items as a spreadsheet

Money

Profit per sale, not “in total for the month”.

Item cost, selling price and delivery costs are all tied to the same deal. The director sees which items actually make money.

  • Revenue, cost, gross and net profit
  • A cash-in forecast by deal stage
  • Reasons for lost deals: where sales are leaking
  • A management report for the owner at one click

The limits

What the system does not have.

Retail till and fiscal receipts

Not available and not planned for now. RIVENO is built for selling through a manager, not for a shop floor with receipts.

Not available
Marketplace integration

Not available. Enquiries are entered by a manager or arrive through Telegram and the site form.

Delivery notes

Stock movements are recorded. We build the printable forms to your templates together with the invoices.

Manager

The date is quoted while looking at the free stock.

A reservation takes the item out of free stock the moment the deal is made. The next manager already sees less — and will not sell the same thing twice.

Let’s look at your own stock.

We take a dozen of your items and show what a reservation against a deal looks like.
