Construction and installation

The work happens
outside the office.

Crews, site visits, projects, landscaping. The calendar shows who went where, what is being rescheduled and what is already overdue — without the morning round of phone calls.

Sound familiar

Three questions that come up every single day.

An installer laying a granite slab on site
The visit, the crew and the completed work are in one card that both the office and the site can see.

“Who is on site today?”

The schedule lives in the foreman’s head and in chat messages. The only way to find out who is free on Thursday is to call.

“Did we definitely go out there?”

The visit was rescheduled and the client was not told. They find out from the client.

“Was the work accepted?”

The completed work is recorded nowhere, so nobody chases the payment on time.

The path of a job

From the deal to the sign-off.

01 Measurement and deal

A measurement visit is scheduled just like an installation. The result of the measurement stays in the card.

02 Scheduling the visit

Date, time, crew, address. The system flags a clash if that crew is already booked at that time.

03 Doing the work

Visit status, rescheduling with a reason, confirmation of the work and photos from the site in the order card.

04 Payment

Completed work feeds into the financial result of the order, not into a separate spreadsheet.

Who sees what

One card — three workplaces.

There is one record but everyone gets their own screen: the owner sees the totals, the manager sees their deals, the foreman sees what to do today.

Owner

  • Today’s visits and the overdue ones as a single number
  • The result on every project
  • Crew workload ahead of time, not after the fact

Dispatcher

  • A calendar of visits by month and week
  • Crew clashes are highlighted
  • Rescheduling comes with a reason, not in silence

Foreman

  • Their own week from a phone
  • Address, time, who is in the crew
  • Marking the work done and photos from the site

Crews

Workload is visible in advance, not after something has already fallen through.

Crew composition, specialisation, schedule and workload in percent. Clashes in the schedule are flagged by their own counter in the menu, next to the number of overdue visits.

  • Calendar, list and crew breakdown — one set of data
  • Overdue visits are counted automatically
  • A reschedule is recorded with its reason, not silently
  • A foreman’s access is limited to their own jobs

The director’s day

The list of what is on fire is on the first screen.

No need to open three sections: overdue orders, today’s site visits and the calls to make are gathered in one place.

  • Overdue orders and installations as a single number
  • A personal task list for every employee
  • A month calendar with visits, measurements and calls
  • Notifications to the client in Telegram at nine stages of the job

The limits

What is not ready yet for installation work.

A mobile app for the crew

There is no separate app. The system opens in a phone browser and in Telegram — enough to check the schedule and mark work as done.

Geolocation and tracking

Not available. What is recorded is the work and the time, not the route of the van.

Foreman

Their own week, from a phone.

Address, time, crew and what has been rescheduled — in a phone browser and in Telegram. The work is marked done on site, not in the evening from memory.

We will show it on your own schedule.

We take one week of your site visits and build it in the system while we talk.
